The hotel is in a very convenient location, right across the street from the bridge leading to Niagara Falls State Park. The rooms, while facing the river, were comfortable despite showing signs of aging. The service was exceptional, with polite and helpful staff. Overall, a great value for money choice with some minor drawbacks like the ice machine on the 7th floor.
